The hotel was excellent in every aspect, right in the middle of old city. It is obligatory to pay a merit on the attention to the details on the part of the hotel, room or service wise. Really classic! Do not miss it, worth every penny....

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the old town, just off the main square. You can easily explore the area on foot and the Christmas market is right at your doorstep. The rooms are spacious and elegant, with excellent bathroom facilities and a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and attentive, ready to assist with any needs. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including Champagne if you desire. The hotel also has a restaurant with delicious food and a manager who is welcoming and helpful.

There seems to be an issue with the air conditioning control button in the rooms, making it difficult to regulate the temperature.

The location of this hotel is fantastic and ideal.

Bed was very comfortable and room was pleasant in general. Location is probably the best in Old Tallinn, even if it is not that big. Staff is good.

Perfectly located in the center of the old town of Tallinn near the Niguliste church. Small restaurants in the same street, but not noisy ones. Hotel staff very, very accomodating. Clean room. Lovely beds; not soft. Elegant bathroom; I. E. no bath but shower.

The breakfast was ok but not more than that. Such a lovely hotel should be able to serve better breakfast. Since it is an old building there is no lift.

There is a great selection of outstanding food for breakfast. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Foorum Shopping Centre.
